Shipping of Goods

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders completed by 1:30 PM are usually processed the same day or by the next working day at the latest. Products listed as in stock are shipped directly. If, unexpectedly, a product marked as "in stock" is not available, we will notify you promptly.

Your order will be securely packed and shipped to the delivery address you provided. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse using DPD.

The delivery timeframe is between 4 to 12 working days.

A tracking link should be provided by the carrier. If you do not receive this information, please contact us, and we will send it to you within 24 hours.

If you do not receive your order within 14 days from the shipping date, please contact us immediately.
